Description: The system is quite complex we decided to go with a microservices approach. At the moment there are 3 independent microservices, each one with its own database which are synced in order to provide relevant and correct info. One instance stores information about apartment owners- landlords, their tenants, families, cars, pets, their properties etc. The second microservice manages parcels sent and received by house residents via different service providers. The third service manages notifications, a property manager can create users groups depending on notification purpose, store groups, use different email templates, a manager can receive information about reading the letter. The frontend is implemented via REST API and based on Angular.

- payment module allows keeping and tracking all payments like rent amount, utility bills, payment for damages, etc.
