In order to be able to implement a web project, application, software, or app in a sustainable and structured manner, the first step is to determine the need or scope of work. The best way is to hold a workshop with all involved stakeholders. This involves iteratively determining which functionalities are must-haves, and which are not, what the prioritization looks like, and what the distribution of work over the entire project looks like. Of course, it must not be forgotten that the goal of a workshop is always the structuring and a common understanding of the product.
